You’ll receive a delivery folder for review.

We allow 1 round of feedback per video.

Keep edits clear + organized (timestamps help!)

Response Time

24–48 hour response during business hours (M–F)

Please send urgent updates via email or text.

Dropbox & File Management

We use Dropbox to manage footage and deliveries.

You’ll have a shared folder for assets + content.

Please upload logos, fonts, and brand guides at your earliest convenience.

Rella or Content Calendar Access

We use Rella (SM CLIENTS) or Google Sheets (BATCH SHOOT CLIENTS) to map out your content.

You’ll be invited once your shoot is finalized.

SOCIAL MEDIA BEST PRACTICES - BATCH SHOOT CLIENTS!

POSTING

Consistency is more important than perfection.

Aim to post 2–4 times per week using our content.

Avoid posting all videos in one day — spread them out!

Nurture your audience by posting to your Instagram Story DAILY!

CAPTIONS

Use the ones we provide — they’re optimized for SEO!

Feel free to personalize, but keep the CTA (call-to-action)

Emojis, line breaks (for readability), and a relatable tone for the win!

HASHTAGS

Use 3-5 per post max, and mix broad and niche.

It's not make-or-break; hashtags are just used for SEO now,

AUDIO & COVER TEXT

Choose trending sounds on stories and carousel posts, especially!

Add bold on-screen text to catch attention in the first 3 seconds.

Keep it mobile-first — test what your post looks like in-feed.

Q: Do I need to post the content in order?
A: Nope — but we’ll suggest an order if your theme builds on itself (like a launch or series).

Q: Can I reuse this content later?
A: Absolutely! You own it. It is recommended not to repost for 3-6 months after the first. 

Q: What if I want to book another shoot?
A: Shoot us a message! Returning clients get early access to our shoot calendar!
